About the Panel:

Kerry Donovan has been recruiting in the medical device and biotech/pharmaceutical industry for 12 years.  She started her career on the East Coast with Boston Scientific Corporation working at their world headquarters in Natick, MA and has been here in the San Diego market for the past 7 years.  Here experience includes 5 years with Neurocrine Biosciences as both a Recruiter and HR Business Partner supporting the Research & Development organization. Most recently she has been with Amylin for 2 years as a Recruiter in support of all hiring needs within the company.

Maggie Ryan works in the Talent Acquisition department of Illumina, Inc. She recruits on a range of positions from Scientists to Engineers. Illumina currently has over 100 openings and over 1,800 employees working in over 19 countries around the world. They are looking for sharp, motivated employees that can work in a fast-paced environment. Illumina is the only life sciences company developing genome-wide technologies for genotyping, gene expression and sequencing—the three cornerstones of modern genetic analysis. Nina Osmon is currently a Recruiter with Advanced BioHealing.  Nina has more than 9 years of recruiting experience in both government and biotech industries. She most recently held a position at SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation) for two years as a Senior Technical Recruiter for the Logistics and Engineering Solutions Business Unit.  Prior to that she was with Gen-Probe Incorporated for four years as a Senior Recruiter. She has also worked in the agency environment where she recruited for a variety of positions throughout many industries. Nina’s great expertise and proven ability in sourcing and hiring talent.
