  • Will the new organization be a good fit?
  • Who will you be working with?
  • Do they share the same values?
  • Does the work match your interests?
  • Will your skills be appreciated?
  • Will the job make you happy?

Dr. Margie Blanchard will share with you the tools and strategies for success in your career change. Evaluate job opportunities from the perspective of learning new skills, increasing your earnings, and the possibility of rising to positions with greater authority, responsibility, and prestige.
