Tuesday, January 19, 5:30-8:30 pm (event flyer)

Hit the glass ceiling? It is not always easy to see the barriers in your career. Wouldn’t it be good to hear from your CEO what he really wants? Or understand how another CEO builds his management team? Peter Farrell, CEO, Founder, and Executuve Chairman of ResMed illuminates these questions for us:

  • What are you looking for in a leader for your team?
  • What are the skills necessary to be a leader?
  • How do you create your company culture?
  • How do you find a mentor?  How can one be a mentor?
  • When mission, vision, and leadership are not aligned, how do you get them back on track?
  • What is the development plan of a CEO?
