Success in organizations is increasingly dependent on the ability to gain the willing support from customers, peers, reports and superiors.  Executive coach and management development specialist, Jordan Goldrich will show you how to manage difficult conversations and still maintain a positive relationship.  You will learn a specific method for responding to internal and external customers who are requesting or demanding things that you cannot deliver as well as a method for giving superiors information they do not want to hear.  You will also learn a mind-set for managing your own reactions to disrespectful  people so that you can communicate effectively and remain calm, thereby preserving the relationship. Participants in this program will learn how to:

  • Give negative feedback to a report, peer or team member and still maintain a positive relationship
  • Respond to an internal or external customer who is requesting things you cannot provide
  • Tell your boss something that he or she does not want to hear
  • How to maintain your composure with angry or disrespectful people

Jordan Goldrich draws on his background as a Chief Operating Officer, Executive Coach, Licensed Therapist and Certified Employee Assistance Professional to help both seasoned and fast track managers and executives improve organizational and team performance and prepare the next generation of leaders.  Jordan is adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership. He co-designed and is Faculty Advisor for the San Diego State University Professional Certificate Program in “Coaching for Organizational Excellence.”

Jordan is a Principal in CUSTOMatrix™ a consulting firm that provides the missing executive expertise required to achieve success.
